We asked Rachael a series of questions to understand her personal yoga journey and with DHY. You can find Rachael on her mat almost every day, and sometimes TWICE a day!
When did you start your yoga journey and why? In December 2016, I attended my first hot yoga class at Destin Hot Yoga in hopes to switch up my fitness routine, bust through a weight loss plateau, and improve my physical strength and conditioning abilities.
What brings you to your mat each and every day? The constant CHALLENGE, the physical benefits, and my fitness goals are what bring me to my yoga mat. Hot yoga is an important part of my daily fitness routine.
What do you love about DHY? I love Destin Hot Yoga classes, the instructors are always encouraging you to challenge yourself, and I have met some fantastic yogis at the studio.
