E-RYT200 Michelle Hill engages her students this past weekend in her second round of Vinyasa Basics Series.
The small class size enables students to ask questions and ensures that the teacher can provide individual attention. In this setting, students will learn proper alignment and safe modifications for commonly taught postures as well as breathing techniques to enhance your practice. Students will be able to thread together the fundamentals of yoga to allow a natural transition into vinyasa style classes. The Vinyasa Basics series is perfect for those brand new to yoga or for those interested in learning the primary elements of vinyasa at a basic level.
· This class is designed for new students to yoga or for those wanting to break down alignment
· Classes are kept small to allow for more individualized attention.
· Focus on breathwork, balance, proper alignment and modifications of popular poses
· This is a 3 class series, which will help you gain the knowledge and confidence to practice vinyasa style classes
