Yoga Sculpt will boost your metabolism and build lean muscles as you move through your yoga practice using free weights (2 and 3 lbs) to fun and upbeat music. A mix of cardio and strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls will intensify the practice building strength. And of course, don’t forget the well-deserved savasana to finish.
