This two hour Guided Meditation has been designed to help the wandering mind start to relax and connect to what is within. During our time together we will explore eight different poses. Each pose will be held for 10 minutes with emphasis on opening the connective tissues in the joint and taking the mind on a journey within. The first seven poses will explore a connection to each of the seven individual chakrasand we will end with our eighth and final pose to flow all of the chakrastogether. This practice is very intentional and mindful with a candlelit setting and essential oils to promote relaxation. Beginners and the more experienced alike are all invited to share this practice that is geared to be gentle and approachable for everyone.
