Unlike public group classes, a private session focuses entirely on your alignment, breathwork, pacing, and music preferences — hosted inside our therapeutic infrared-heated Miramar Beach studio, unheated, or on-site at your vacation rental or beach access across Destin, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, and 30A.

1-on-1 & Small Group Yoga or Pilates
