I have been studying yoga for over 20 years. The process began as I was searching for ways to help my body recover from many years of sports. I started practicing on my own which led to the studio setting. As I made a commitment to continue practicing, my body started to feel the positive vibes. 7 years ago I decided to immerse myself in teacher training to expand my own practice. At the end of the training, I decided that I would teach to others. I am stoked to share the love of yoga with everyone.
