I’m a Florida native with roots in Upstate New York & East Tennessee - local to Santa Rosa Beach since ‘95!

The journey with Destin Hot Yoga truly began in 201 7 when I committed to 200 hours of yoga teacher training and received my 200RYT in ‘1 8!

As a CrossFit Instructor yoga was a natural necessity for my athletes and as my yoga practice grew stronger my path shifted away from functional fitness and towards prioritizing my mind, body, and spirit.

I attribute peace in my heart, balance of body, and soundness of mind to the beautiful routine and consistent challenge of mv yoga and meditation.
