Thank you Destin Hot Yoga for helping me lose 30 pounds! I was struggling with finding an exercise program that I didn’t dread, I can’t believe that I found hot yoga and I look forward to coming to classes! I feel great and my and energy level is so high I feel 10 years younger. I love the teachers, your schedule, the new flooring and the community here.
