I love this studio. The instructors are all helpful and knowledgeable, and welcoming to everyone regardless of level. Yoga has been something I’ve always avoided, but as a long distance runner with very tight hips, needed. When I was invited to compete in an ultramarathon in Death Valley, I knew hot yoga would be a great addition to my training, but I truly dreaded it. Jessica went out of her way to help me. She made sure I knew the proper positioning for difficult poses, and made it fun while still challenging. Because of Jessica and all the instructors, I have slowly started to enjoy yoga and now incorporate it into my regular training. Can’t recommend this group enough.
