Yoga is one of the few things that really helps my body rebalance and heal itself. I have struggled with chronic injuries in the past and was in a cycle of injury/recovery until I made yoga a priority. Yoga also is one of the few things that calms my mind, helps me stop racing from one thing to the next and just focus. It has made me more accepting of my own body and appreciative of what my body is capable of.
The community here is so warm and welcoming and friendly and just fun! It is the community that brings me back to this studio as much as I can. Also DHY has some really excellent instructors (and I’m picky!) Thank you DHY for all you do!! Namaste friends 🙂
