Wim Hof Breathing & HIIT will take place at Destin Hot Yoga from 2-3:30pm on Sunday March 14th with our newest instructor Jill Townsend and Biohacker and breath-work guide, Todd Shipman. We are really looking forward to them bringing up the heat through breath and high intensity interval training!!! 🔥

What is Wim Hof?
Wim Hof is a type of breathing that raises the PH of your body naturally, and instantly, causing the suppression of lactic acid(that burn you feel in your muscles when exhausted) and your pain receptors.
What is HIIT/Tabata?High Intensity Interval Training.HIIT has been proven to be the most effective way of working out with minimal time and maximum results.The class consists of 20 seconds full intensity movements, with a 10 second recovery.
Why Wim Hof AND HIIT?Because with your lactic acid suppressed, you can make those 20 seconds of effort even more intense! It’s like a natural steroid. Imagine doing push ups, or squats without feeling any muscle exhaustion.
We will spend the first 15-20 minutes of class doing Wim Hof, and will immediately transition into a 60 minute HIIT workout, and end the class with a relaxing type of breath to help with recovery.
