So, allow the mind to be still. Part of hot yoga for us (ok maybe me, Sarah here) is we (I) sweat so much that we (I)*have* to just breathe through each posture. No other choice… to be in it… to move… to breathe…. and truly allow my mind to be still. This is why I #loveithot. And I love it hot so much… that I even forget where we are on the left side of a flow. We did it all on the right…. and I think “did we miss something on the left”?! You may even hear me openly say this in class. Aw, shucks. Ok… oh well… let’s breathe. 🙂
