Since 2010, Destin Hot Yoga has been serving locals and visitors alike, offering a diverse range of hot yoga and pilates classes suitable for people of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.

As the hottest yoga studio on the coast, Destin Hot Yoga is the first local studio to introduce Inferno Hot Pilates. Our studio has fostered a welcoming community for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, seeking to radiate calmness, heal their bodies, and build strength and flexibility. We offer a variety of hot yoga classes, including Pilates and Inferno Hot Pilates, seven days a week. Try our Hot 26, Inferno Hot Pilates, Vinyasa, Power Flow, Ashtanga, Hot Pilates, Yin (non-heated), and heated restorative and stretch classes.

All our teachers have completed at least a 200-hour certified teacher training course, and many have advanced training. Our experienced professionals understand your needs and cater to all levels. We welcome everyone, regardless of shape, size, or fitness level. Most classes are inclusive, accommodating beginners to advanced practitioners. The teacher always provides modifications based on your level.

We also feature a boutique carrying yoga essentials, including Manduka yoga mats, Manduka mat towels, and DHY branded apparel.
