I began my yoga journey with a search for work- life balance and a physical challenge a few years ago. I have been in and out of studios trying to find a good fit that would accommodate my schedule and offer the mental and physical challenge I needed. It was not until I found Destin Hot Yoga that I realized the true benefit of the practice. I love the positive energy at DHY. Each instructor brightens my day each day I walk in to the studio.
