All 13 of our classes are open to beginners! If you want an upbeat, zero-impact core and glute workout set to music, start with Inferno Hot Pilates (95°F) or Strength x Sculpt (95°–100°F). If you want traditional yoga with structured postures and balance, try Hot 26 (All Levels). If you want a breath-led flow, try Heated Flow or Heated Vinyasa. If you prefer no heat at all, join our Sunday 6:00 PM Unheated Yin Yoga.

Unlike stuffy forced-air heaters that just blow hot air into a room, our therapeutic far-infrared radiant panels gently warm your muscles, joints, and connective tissue directly while keeping the air fresh and breathable at 40% humidity. You get deeper flexibility, joint comfort, and a clean detoxifying sweat.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, sweat towel, and water bottle, or rent a premium mat ($5) and sweat towel ($5) at the front desk. If you purchase the $95 1-Week Vacation Pass, mat and towel rentals are included free on every visit!

We are located at 11275 Emerald Coast Pkwy W (US Hwy 98 W), Suite 9, Miramar Beach, FL 32550 in Rufus Ray Plaza right next to the UPS Store and across from Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Free front-door plaza parking is always available.

Because our intimate studio is capped at 22 mats so every student has plenty of personal space, we strongly recommend booking your spot ahead of time through our live Mindbody schedule right on our website.

Our $159/month Unlimited Auto-Pay VIP Membership bills monthly with no initiation fee. Yes! We host private sunrise and sunset beach yoga and mat Pilates sessions across Destin, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, and 30A—as well as private studio sessions—starting at $300 for up to 10 guests with mats, towels, and an automatic indoor studio rain backup included.
