How Our Destin, Miramar Beach & 30A Beach Yoga Sessions Work
1. We Come to Your Beach Access
Our instructors travel across Destin, Crystal Beach, Henderson Beach, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, Dune Allen, Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, and 30A—meeting your group right behind your beachfront rental or closest public access.
2. Tailored to Your Group’s Vibe
Choose a breezy all-levels Coastal Vinyasa Flow, an upbeat Bachelorette Beach Pilates & Sculpt session, or a grounding sunrise/sunset stretch and meditation. No prior yoga experience is required.
3. Built-In Studio Weather Backup
Planning a bachelorette weekend or family gathering and worried about rain or wind? As Miramar Beach’s premier brick-and-mortar yoga and Pilates studio, we can seamlessly host your private group inside our studio if coastal weather shifts.
